Just ask

Ask the agent what a new account manager would ask.

Everything it knows about a client lives in that client's knowledge cards. So does every decision you have made.

What do I need to know before touching this account? What did the client say about discounting? Why did we decline that pause last week? Which knowledge cards did the last report use? Write every client's weekly report Which clients need attention this morning? Add a card: no LinkedIn spend in December Onboard a new client from these notes

How it works

How an agency puts it to work

Step 1

A workspace per client

Create the client, connect its ad accounts and its Shopify store if it has one. Connections, data, conversations and reports are scoped to that client, so the agent working on one client cannot see another.

Step 2

Write down what the client told you

Knowledge cards hold targets, constraints, banned claims, landing pages and past decisions. The agent reads them before every proposal and every report. Decline a proposal and note why as a card, and the same idea is not proposed twice.

Step 3

Approve, report, repeat

Changes are approved by your team and logged with who approved them. The weekly report lists every action in the period with the reasoning and the result, and says which knowledge cards it applied.

Approvals

A morning across three clients

Each proposal is scoped to its own client's accounts and constraints. The account manager approves them from one queue.

Where AI fits in an agency, and where it does not

The work an agency bills for is judgement: knowing this client will not tolerate discount messaging, that the brand campaign is untouchable, that the TikTok creator is under contract until the end of the month. The work it loses money on is everything around that judgement — reading five platforms every morning, tracing a CPA rise to its cause, writing the same weekly report for twelve clients. Adease takes the second kind of work and leaves the first kind where it belongs: the agent analyses and drafts, the account manager decides.

Knowledge cards are the onboarding document that stays alive

Every agency has a client brief that was accurate on day one. In Adease it is a set of knowledge cards — targets, constraints, messaging rules, landing pages, strategic priorities — that the agent reads before every proposal and every report. When you decline a proposal, note the reason as a card: the agent does not propose it again and a new team member can see why. Reports list which cards they applied, so the client can see their instructions were followed.

What it changes about the fee conversation

Two things. Time: the daily read-through and the Friday report are drafted rather than written, so a strategist covers more clients without covering them worse. Evidence: every change is logged with who approved it and what happened, and the weekly report carries that list — the client sees decisions, not just charts. Pricing is per seat, $50 or $200 a month, with unlimited clients and ad accounts, so winning a client does not raise the software bill.

Where it fits

A good fit if you

  • run paid media for several clients and want one place to see all of it
  • need a human decision before any spend changes, with a record of who made it
  • are tired of paying per ad account or per pound of spend
  • onboard and hand over clients often and want the brief to live somewhere the agent reads it

Not a fit if you

  • want an agent that acts on its own without review — Adease will not do that
  • work on Linux, or need a dashboard a distributed team opens in a browser
  • need client logins — clients receive reports rather than opening the app

Questions people ask

What is a knowledge card?

A short, structured fact about a client that the agent reads before proposing anything: a target CPA, a campaign that must never be paused, a claim that cannot be made, a landing page in play, a decision you made and why. Cards are categorised — core facts, client intent, provisional notes under review — and reports list which ones they applied.

Does the agent remember why we declined a change?

Yes, if you write it down. Decline a proposal and record the reason as a provisional knowledge card; the agent reads it next time and withdraws or adjusts the same proposal. Your team can promote the card to a core fact or delete it when it no longer applies.

Is client data kept separate?

Yes. Ad account connections, synced campaign data, knowledge cards, conversations and reports are all scoped to the client they belong to. The agent operates inside one client's workspace at a time.

Can it change my campaigns without asking?

No. There is no autonomous write path to a live ad account. Every change the agent proposes is queued in Approvals as a diff and applied only once a person approves it, inside the spend guardrails set for that workspace. Rejecting a proposal sends nothing to the platform.

What does it cost?

Adease is free to install and needs no card. The Pro plan is $50 per seat per month with unlimited ad accounts, clients and campaigns. Max is $200 per seat per month with five times the agent token allowance. You pay per person, never per account or per pound of spend.
