Just ask

Ask for the audit, or for one part of it.

Overlap, fatigue, windows, waste and structure. The agent reads down to the ad.

Audit the Meta account Which ad sets overlap? Which ads are fatigued? Where is spend going without purchases? Are the retargeting windows right? Which ad sets are capped by budget? What would you change first? Re-run last month's audit and show what is still open

How it works

Audit a Meta account in one sitting

Step 1

Connect the ad account

Sign in with Facebook and choose the ad account. Adease syncs campaigns, ad sets and ads with 30 days of spend, purchases, CPA and frequency for Facebook and Instagram placements.

Step 2

Ask for the audit

"Audit the Meta account." The agent checks audience overlap between ad sets, frequency against CTR trend for every ad, retargeting windows, ad sets spending without purchases and budget caps, then ranks what it finds by the spend each fix recovers.

Step 3

Approve the fixes you agree with

Each finding is drafted as a diff on specific ad sets and ads. Approve the ones you agree with; they are applied inside your guardrails and logged. Findings and approvals go into the client's report.

Approvals

Findings, as approval cards

The three most common Meta findings, each with the fix already written.

Narrow the burned-out 30-day retargeting set

Frequency 7.2, CPA up from £24 to £54 in three weeks. Purchasers are not excluded. The 14-day window with purchasers excluded is a fifth of the size and converts.

What the Meta audit covers

An audit you can act on the same afternoon

Meta audits usually arrive as a slide deck with a health score. The agent's audit is a ranked list inside the account, and each item is already a drafted change on the specific ad set or ad. You approve the ones you agree with and the account is fixed the same afternoon; the ones you decline stay in the record with your reason. Run it again next month and it shows what changed.

For prospects and for inherited accounts

Connect a prospect's account into its own client workspace, run the audit, export the report, approve nothing. For an account you are taking over, run the audit on day one, approve the fixes, and show the client the list of what was done and why — in the same report format they will get every week after.

Where it fits

A good fit if you

  • audit Meta accounts for prospects, new clients or monthly reviews
  • want overlap and fatigue found by pattern, not eyeballed in Ads Manager
  • want each finding drafted as a change you can approve

Not a fit if you

  • want an audit from a CSV export — the agent needs the connected account
  • want an agent that acts on its own without review — Adease will not do that
  • work on Linux, or need a dashboard a distributed team opens in a browser

Questions people ask

Does the audit change anything in the account?

No. Findings are read-only until you approve a drafted change. You can audit a prospect's account, export the report and approve nothing.

How does it detect audience overlap?

It compares the audience definitions and delivery of active ad sets in the same campaign or objective and flags pairs whose targeting is substantially the same, with the overlap estimated from the definitions and the shared delivery pattern. The proposed fix is a merge, published as a new paused ad set.

Does it write the ads as well as the structure?

On Meta, yes: the agent can take a brief to a paused campaign with the ad sets and ads in place. On Google, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn it builds the campaign structure, targeting and budgets, and you finish the creative in the platform before switching it on. Everything it builds is published paused.

Can it change my campaigns without asking?

No. There is no autonomous write path to a live ad account. Every change the agent proposes is queued in Approvals as a diff and applied only once a person approves it, inside the spend guardrails set for that workspace. Rejecting a proposal sends nothing to the platform.

What does it cost?

Adease is free to install and needs no card. The Pro plan is $50 per seat per month with unlimited ad accounts, clients and campaigns. Max is $200 per seat per month with five times the agent token allowance. You pay per person, never per account or per pound of spend.
