What Adease reads from Google Ads
The campaign, ad group, ad and keyword structure of the connected customer account with its settings — budgets, targeting, match types — and its metrics: spend, impressions, clicks, CPC, conversions and cost per conversion, day by day. Search, Display and YouTube campaigns all appear. Bid strategies and conversion settings are not read or changed.
The one permission, explained
Adease requests a single Google scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, the Google Ads API. It reads and, after approval, writes to Google Ads accounts and nothing else. No Gmail, no Drive, no Analytics, no Search Console — none of those are requested and none can be accessed. Adease's use of Google user data is described in full in the privacy policy.
Manager accounts and several customers
Sign in once with a login that has manager-account access and connect each client's customer ID inside that client's workspace. Each connection is scoped to its client; the agent proposes inside one client at a time. There is no limit on the number of accounts a seat can connect.
Disconnecting
Disconnect from Integrations in the client's workspace, or remove Adease under Third-party apps in your Google Account. Either cuts access immediately. Disconnecting deletes the synced campaign data for that account from your workspace.
Where it fits
A good fit if you
- run Google Ads search for one brand or many clients
- want search-term reviews and budget moves proposed and approved
- want to know a tool asks for one scope and no more
Not a fit if you
- need Microsoft Advertising or Amazon Ads
- want an agent that acts on its own without review — Adease will not do that
- work on Linux, or need a dashboard a distributed team opens in a browser
Questions people ask
Does Adease access anything else in my Google account?
No. The only scope requested is the Google Ads API. Gmail, Drive, Analytics, Search Console and every other Google service are out of reach — they are not requested and cannot be accessed.
Can I connect accounts through a manager (MCC) account?
Yes. Sign in with the login that has manager access and connect each customer ID inside its client's workspace.
Which campaign types are supported?
Every campaign type in the account syncs with its structure and metrics. Keyword workflows apply to Search campaigns; Display and YouTube campaigns appear with spend and conversions and take budget and status changes.
Can it change my campaigns without asking?
No. There is no autonomous write path to a live ad account. Every change the agent proposes is queued in Approvals as a diff and applied only once a person approves it, inside the spend guardrails set for that workspace. Rejecting a proposal sends nothing to the platform.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Ad accounts, campaigns, knowledge cards and reports are never used to train machine learning models, and there is no setting that turns that on. Ad account credentials are never included in what is sent to the model.
