Just ask

Audits are a question, not a project.

Ask for the whole account or one part of it. The agent reads everything either way.

Audit this account Where is the wasted spend? Which ad groups have duplicate keywords? Which campaigns are capped by budget? Which campaigns have spent 30 days without converting? How does Google compare to Meta on this account? What would you change first? Re-run the audit and show what changed since last month

How it works

From connection to fixes in one sitting

Step 1

Connect Google Ads

Sign in with Google and choose the customer ID. Adease requests the Google Ads API scope only and syncs campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords with 30 days of daily performance — enough for an audit that means something.

Step 2

Ask for the audit

"Audit this account." The agent works through structure, keywords and match types, budgets, waste and overlap between ad groups, and compares the account with the client's other platforms, ranking what it finds by the spend each fix recovers. It reads the client's knowledge cards so it does not propose pausing the campaign you have told it is untouchable.

Step 3

Approve the fixes you agree with

Each finding is already drafted as a change — a diff on specific ad groups, keywords or budgets. Approve the ones you agree with and they are applied inside your guardrails. The audit and the approvals go into the client's report.

Approvals

Findings, as approval cards

An audit finding you cannot act on is just a complaint. These arrive ready to approve.

Needs approval Finding 1

Pause the broad-match ad group, fund exact match

The broad-match ad group spent £5,410 in 30 days for 8 conversions. The exact-match ad group on the same terms converts at £24 and is capped.

Fund Brand for the days it is capped

Search — Brand has spent its full £40 budget every day for 30 days at £6.02 CPA, and competitors are bidding on the name. Non-brand converts at £142 on the same account.

Remove 9 duplicate keywords from Classes

Two ad groups bid on the same nine keywords and compete with each other. Small group training converts them at £18; Classes at £31.

What the audit covers

Why the audit ends in approval cards

A traditional Google Ads audit is a document: forty pages, a score, a list of recommendations that someone then has to implement over the next month. In Adease the audit is a conversation with a connected account, and every recommendation is already a drafted change. That is what makes it worth doing monthly rather than once a year — the second audit shows what changed and what is still open.

What it does not cover

Bid strategies, bid adjustments and conversion tracking settings are not read or edited by the agent; check those in Google Ads. Search-term reports are not part of the sync either. The audit is about structure, keywords, budgets and results — the part of an account review that turns into spend recovered.

Audits for new business and for handovers

Agencies run audits on prospects' accounts and on accounts they inherit. Both work the same way: connect the account into a client workspace, ask for the audit, and export the findings into a report. For a prospect, approve nothing and send the report. For a handover, approve the fixes on day one and show the new client exactly what was done and why.

Where it fits

A good fit if you

  • audit Google Ads accounts for prospects, new clients or monthly reviews
  • want findings ranked by recoverable spend and already drafted as changes
  • want the second audit to show what changed since the first

Not a fit if you

  • want an audit without connecting the account — the agent reads live data, not exports
  • want an agent that acts on its own without review — Adease will not do that
  • work on Linux, or need a dashboard a distributed team opens in a browser

Questions people ask

How long does an audit take?

Connecting the account takes a minute; the initial sync depends on the account's size. Once synced, asking for the audit returns findings in the conversation within a few minutes, each with its drafted change.

Does the audit change anything in the account?

No. Findings are read-only until you approve a drafted change. You can run an audit on a prospect's account, export the report and approve nothing.

Can I export the audit?

Yes. Generate a report for the period and the findings, with the actions you approved, are included. Reports export as PDF and can be edited before they go to the client.

Can it change my campaigns without asking?

No. There is no autonomous write path to a live ad account. Every change the agent proposes is queued in Approvals as a diff and applied only once a person approves it, inside the spend guardrails set for that workspace. Rejecting a proposal sends nothing to the platform.

What does it cost?

Adease is free to install and needs no card. The Pro plan is $50 per seat per month with unlimited ad accounts, clients and campaigns. Max is $200 per seat per month with five times the agent token allowance. You pay per person, never per account or per pound of spend.
