The PPC agency's problem is breadth, not depth
Any good PPC manager can optimise one Google Ads account. The problem is twenty of them: the keyword review that slips to fortnightly, the brand campaign capped for a week before anyone notices, the ad group paused for a fix and never turned back on. Adease reads every connected account every day and turns what it finds into a queue of approvals labelled by client, so the breadth problem becomes a Monday-morning review rather than a month-end surprise.
What the agent does on a Google Ads account
- Pacing — spend against each client's monthly budget, with the cause when it is off.
- Wasted broad match — ad groups and keywords with spend and no conversions, paused with the total shown.
- Capped winners — campaigns at their daily budget every day while under target CPA, with the budget move drafted.
- Keyword research — candidates with volume, competition and growth, proposed into ad groups.
- Audits — structure, keywords, budgets and waste for prospects and new clients.
- Cross-platform — Google against the client's Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest accounts for the same period.
Google first, the rest of paid media in the same seat
PPC agencies increasingly run paid social too. The same client workspace holds Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest accounts, so the Friday report covers the platform split and the Monday queue covers every channel. Pricing is per seat — $50 for Pro, $200 for Max — with unlimited accounts, so a fiftieth Google Ads account costs nothing extra. Bid strategies stay in Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising is not supported.
Where it fits
A good fit if you
- run Google Ads for many clients and struggle to review every account weekly
- want waste and pacing checks drafted, then approved by your team
- need a record of every change per client for the monthly report
Not a fit if you
- need Microsoft Advertising or Amazon Ads
- want an agent that acts on its own without review — Adease will not do that
- work on Linux, or need a dashboard a distributed team opens in a browser
Questions people ask
Can I connect accounts from a manager (MCC) account?
Yes. Sign in with the Google login that has access, then connect each client account by its customer ID inside that client's workspace. Each connection is scoped to the client it belongs to, and the agent proposes inside one client at a time.
Does it handle Microsoft Advertising?
No. Adease connects to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest ad accounts, plus Shopify as a product catalogue. Microsoft Advertising and Amazon Ads are not supported.
Can it change my campaigns without asking?
No. There is no autonomous write path to a live ad account. Every change the agent proposes is queued in Approvals as a diff and applied only once a person approves it, inside the spend guardrails set for that workspace. Rejecting a proposal sends nothing to the platform.
What does it cost?
Adease is free to install and needs no card. The Pro plan is $50 per seat per month with unlimited ad accounts, clients and campaigns. Max is $200 per seat per month with five times the agent token allowance. You pay per person, never per account or per pound of spend.
Which AI model is behind it?
Adease is built on Anthropic's Claude models. The agent that reads your campaign data, investigates performance and drafts changes runs on Claude. Adease is an independent product made by Adease LTD.
